The problem
What happens after the sale
The platform delivers the product and the receipt. The relationship goes to whoever has the list.
- The buyer disappears. They get the email from the platform, and then silence. You have nowhere to continue the conversation.
- You don't know who came back. Someone who bought two products and someone who bought one look exactly the same: a name in an export.
- The list lives in a file. It sits in the spreadsheet you downloaded once and never opened again, because a spreadsheet doesn't do anything on its own.
- Reaching them depends on the platform. You paid for the ad that brought each of them in, and you need a middleman to say anything to them.
What only the import does
The list becomes a base, with no mess.
Three safeguards that apply to every row of the sheet.
Someone who bought twice
Comes in once.
- We look up the email first, then the phone, before creating the contact.
- Anyone already in your base is kept, without overwriting their details.
- Uploading the same sheet again doesn't duplicate purchases or revenue.
Past buyer
Gets no welcome email.
- Importing past buyers sends no email.
- Someone who bought last year doesn't get an out-of-place welcome message.
The purchase
Lands on the client record.
- The product, the amount and the status of each sale stay on the record.
- Canceled and refunded sales enter the journey as lost revenue.
How it works
Three steps, and the list becomes yours.
No password, no API key, no access to your Hotmart account.
- Download the sales report from Hotmart. It's the same file you already export from there, in CSV, XLSX or XLS.
- Upload it here. We read the columns in Portuguese and in English, and show the first 50 rows and the totals before creating any contact.
- Every buyer becomes a contact. Name, email, phone and the product they bought.
Files up to 10 MB, kept in a private folder.
After
From there, they're customers.
There's no separate place called "Hotmart contacts" anymore. There's just your customer base.
- WhatsApp Business in the same inbox. On every plan, including the free one. Meta charges per message sent.
- Client record. Timeline, tasks and notes.
- The six stages of the customer journey. Each buyer lands in the stage the purchase points to.
- Scheduling with your own link. For mentoring, consultations or live classes.
- Email to the whole base or to a group. By journey stage or by tag.
- Store and orders. If you sell something besides the course.

Questions
Questions
- Do I have to connect my Hotmart account?
- No. You upload the spreadsheet you already download from there. We don't ask for a password, an API key or any access to your Hotmart account.
- Is there automatic, real-time syncing?
- No. The import works by file: you upload the sheet whenever you want to update your base.
- How many times can I import?
- Three times a month on the free plan, with up to 100 contacts in the account. Paid plans have no import limit.
- What about someone who bought more than once?
- They come in as a single person. We look up the email first, then the phone; anyone already in your base is kept, without overwriting their details, and the purchase lands on their record.
- Does the import send email to old buyers?
- No. Importing past buyers sends no email, so no welcome goes out to someone who bought last year.
- Which file works?
- CSV, XLSX or XLS up to 10 MB, which is the format Hotmart exports. We recognize the headers in Portuguese and in English, and the file sits in a private folder, not a public one. Rows without the buyer's email or the transaction code are skipped and counted.
The list was always yours.
Now it's somewhere you can actually use it. Three imports a month on the free plan. No credit card.
