Before you decide

How much does it cost?
GoConverso has two paths. In Do it yourself, Free costs $0, Plus $49 and Max $199 per month, and on annual billing 2 months are free. In We build it for you, Your branded app costs $499 per month plus a $499 one-time setup, and Minha Agência costs $999 per month plus a $699 one-time Audit, with 10 spots per month. Everything is billed in US dollars.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 forever, does not ask for a card and keeps up to 100 clients. Selling digital products (e-books and file bundles) requires a paid plan.
Is there a free trial?
Plus includes 7 days free, on monthly and annual billing: the card is requested at the start, the first charge happens on day 8 and you can cancel before then at no cost. Max has no trial period.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no contract. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Does GoConverso take a commission on my sales?
GoConverso takes no commission on your sales. You pay your plan's monthly fee and nothing else: what you earn is yours. Stripe charges its own processing fee and the money lands directly in your account.
What is charged besides the monthly fee?
Two costs vary with use, if you use them: AI credits, which you top up for what you use, and WhatsApp messages, which Meta bills on the card you register with them. There is no setup fee on the plans.
Can I pay yearly or change plans?
Yes. On annual billing you pay 10 months and use 12, on Plus and Max. To change plans, open Manage billing in your subscription.
What if I go back to Free?
Your data stays saved. Selling digital products stops, and people who already bought keep their access. Scheduled posts and campaigns created through GoConverso are paused, and stay paused when you start paying again, until you reactivate each one.
What if I change my mind?
Plus starts with 7 free days so you can try it before the first charge. We do not have a general refund policy; if you were charged by mistake, contact support at support@goconverso.com.
