Frequently asked questions
- Is the booking system really free?
- The Free plan includes online scheduling, email reminders and Stripe payments, up to 50 bookings a month, with no card. Plus raises the ceiling to 500 a month, at US$49. Unlimited, on Max, at US$199.
- Do clients need an account to book?
- No. They open your booking page, choose a service and a time, and leave a name, email and phone. That is the entire form.
- How do the reminders work?
- The client gets an email 48 hours, 24 hours and 2 hours before. If you connected WhatsApp Business, the 24 hour reminder also goes out on WhatsApp. You don't have to do anything.
- Can I charge at booking?
- Yes, on every plan. With your Stripe account connected, you charge the full price or a deposit, and choose your cancellation policy.
- Can clients reschedule on their own?
- Yes. Through the portal they cancel or reschedule within your policy, and the time opens up again on the calendar.
- Can I run more than one person's schedule?
- Yes, on Plus or above. Each team member has their own hours, and the client chooses who to book with.
- How is this different from Calendly?
- Calendly is a scheduling tool and it does that job well. Here the scheduling sits next to the website, the CRM and the email list, so the person who booked is already a client record. If all you need is a link to pick a time, Calendly is the simpler answer.
