Frequently asked questions
How do I get access?
The app is on the Plus plan and above, and Instagram, Threads and YouTube connect by invitation. Open the app and use Request access with your @ and the networks you want to connect. When the team grants it, you get a notice and connect Instagram and Threads. For YouTube, use Request YouTube access with the email of the channel's Google account: Google is still reviewing the app, and only approved accounts can connect. LinkedIn does not need a request.
Which plan do I need?
The Plus plan or above (Plus and Max), in Beta. Having the plan alone does not connect Instagram, Threads or YouTube: they depend on an invitation or approved access while Meta and Google review the apps. LinkedIn connects right away.
Which networks work?
Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn (personal profile) and YouTube (Shorts and long videos).
Can I connect Instagram and Threads on my own, without an invitation?
No. Meta's apps are still under review, and only people invited as testers can connect.
Does LinkedIn need an invitation?
It does not need the access request or Meta's review, and it connects right away, on any plan that includes the app (Plus and Max). LinkedIn only accepts a personal profile, not a company page.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes, on Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube, with a calendar. On Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn the robot picks the post up in about 5 minutes; on YouTube, YouTube itself publishes at the set time.
Can I write a different text for each network?
Yes. Each network has its own text tab (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube), with that network's limit and preview. On Threads the limit is 500 characters.
Can I post photos, carousels and video?
Yes: photo, carousel of 2 to 10 images and video or Reel. LinkedIn accepts text, link, 1 photo or video.
How do I know the post went out?
The app shows the step on each network and notifies you in the bell and by push when it goes out. The notice opens the post in the calendar, where the link to see it on the network is.
Are results real-time?
No. Meta has a delay of about 48 hours, and Instagram account numbers include ads.
Can I reply to comments in the app?
No. The Comments tab shows as "coming soon": it will only read Instagram comments (sentiment, questions and buying signals), after Meta's approval.
Does LinkedIn have results?
Not yet. LinkedIn numbers come in a later stage.
Can I publish to YouTube?
Yes, Shorts and long videos, with title, description, privacy, playlist and thumbnail (long videos only). YouTube is in Beta: Google is still reviewing the app, and only approved accounts can connect. Use Request YouTube access inside the app.
Does YouTube have results?
Not yet. The Results tab does not show YouTube numbers, only connection notices such as an expired connection or the daily quota running out.
What is the maximum video size on YouTube?
Up to 300 MB the upload goes through GoConverso's server. Above that, the browser sends it straight to YouTube and you must keep the tab open, but you can resume with Continue upload if it is interrupted.
