Frequently asked questions
How does the invited person sign in?
Through /auth, with a 6-digit code sent by email or with a Google account. There is no password.
How do I know if the invited person has accepted the invite?
The invite shows as Pending invite until the person accepts, and then as Active. You can revoke access whenever you want, and the person disappears from the access list.
Does the invited person see everything in my business?
No. They only see the scope that the access role and persona allow.
Do I have to invite everyone who serves clients?
No. You can register only the profile: the person appears on the calendar and serves clients, without a login.
Can I remove someone's access?
Yes. You revoke access on the person's card, and the profile stays registered.
Can the client choose the professional when booking?
Yes. The Select Professional step appears on the public booking page (in your business's own app it is called Who with?), and shows that person's times.
Which plans include Staff?
Plus and above. On Free, the page shows an invitation to upgrade.
Are Staff and ZapVerso Team the same thing?
No. Staff is the registry of people, hours, and access. ZapVerso Team is the WhatsApp customer service app, and you can invite the person straight into it.
