Charge a customer on the spot, by QR code or link. The customer pays on their phone in two steps, with Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ or card, with no app to download and no account to create; in Brazil, on a Brazilian Stripe account charging in reais, also with Pix. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, with 0% GoConverso commission: you pay only Stripe's fee. Ask for a tip, watch the charge change to paid on the spot, send the receipt by email in your business's brand and refund from the app. Also in MeuApp.Studio and in booking, to charge what is missing.

Frequently asked questions
- Is the Charge app free?
- Yes, it is on every plan, including Free. GoConverso takes no commission on Charge payments. Stripe charges its own fee, in your Stripe account.
- Does my customer need to download an app?
- No. The customer pays in the phone's browser, with no account.
- Does the money arrive right away?
- It lands in your Stripe account as soon as the payment is approved. The transfer to your bank follows Stripe's payout schedule.
- Where did Payment links go?
- Charge replaced it, at Dashboard > My Business > Charge. Old links show "link is no longer active". Create a new charge and send it.
- Can I charge from my computer?
- Yes. On a computer the charge becomes a counter display, with the QR large and facing the client and the actions beside it.
- Does the tip count in my revenue?
- In the cash numbers of Charge and MeuApp.Studio, the amount paid includes the tip. In the Received figure of the ads Return the tip is left out and only the charge amount counts.
- Can my employee charge?
- No. Only the account owner can, because the money goes to the owner's Stripe account. The team sees a notice asking them to contact the owner.
- Do I need Stripe connected?
- Yes. Connect it at Dashboard > My Business > Gateways.
- Is there Pix?
- Only on Brazilian accounts charging in reais.
- Can I tap a card on my phone (tap to pay)?
- No. The client pays by scanning the QR or opening the link.
